Who & Why

Prof. Chris was given an upbringing echoing Indian Army’s ethos. His Father served in the Indian Army in Madras Engineers Group and was a War Veteran. His paternal Grandfather was with Bengal Engineers Group in the British Indian Army, served in the rank of Havildar (Sergeant) and was a World War II Veteran. Though Prof. Chris was an active member of Senior Division of National Cadet Corps (NCC), the youth wing of the Indian Armed Forces, he had his calling in Academics, Research, Consulting and Entrepreneurial journey

He served as a Faculty Member at Loyola College Chennai (one of the top 5 colleges in India consistently; ranked 4^th in 2022), for 15 years; where he completed his Under Grad (concentration in Business Management & Marketing) and MCA Post Grad Program. Apart from his tenured Teaching and Research pursuits, he has also been consulting for US based MNCs for 12 years (out of which, overall 6 years as a Director)

He has 13 Research Publications and presented Research Papers in more than 25 National / International Conferences. His Book Chapters, Research Articles have been published in SCOPUS / Elsevier indexed books, UGC CARE Listed journals and the most coveted ones such as Harvard Business Review, IEEE, and Springer (due for publication in March 2024). He is, arguably one among very few Research Scholars in India with such diverse and coveted publications

He has served as School Psychological Counselor for around two years at St. Mary’s Anglo Indian Hr. Sec. School, Broadway, which is one of the oldest schools in India. He also has been serving as Consultant Psychologist, Success Coach / Mentor, and Image Consultant for Individual clients and Entrepreneurs in India and in the US

He has been rendering services as Resource Person, Keynote Speaker, and Trainer for entrepreneurs, working professionals, unemployed youth, students and teachers of one the oldest Schools and Colleges in Tamil Nadu, a state in India

He is the recipient of a Research Grant for a Research Project from University Grants Commission (UGC), Govt. of India.

He has won Silver Medal in a Regional Programming Olympiad , and bagged two Best Research Paper Awards in UGC, and MHRD Govt. of India sponsored National and International Conferences respectively

He has won II place in National-level Extempore in English held at National Institute of Technology (NIT), Trichy. He has won numerous other accolades in Elocution and Poem Writing Competitions

He has authored a Book on VB.NET on behalf of a well-known IT Training Company

Organized and served as Master of Ceremony for hundreds of Academic, Cultural, and Religious Events
